Individual counselling and group therapy sessions.
Life-skills workshops, activities and rest.

Ayurvedic & spiritual programme
Alongside detox and counselling, residents follow a structured programme of traditional practices.
Meditation practices that build focus and inner stability.
Breathing and energy practices that calm cravings and anxiety.
Reflection that changes the thinking behind the habit.
Spiritual practice works together with medicine, never instead of it.

Choosing a centre
Whichever centre you choose, look for these five things.
Medical staff and counsellors who can handle addiction and mental-health conditions together.
Detox is demanding. A clean, calm, supervised setting supports healing.
Therapy, family work, life skills and relapse prevention, not only detox.
Without ongoing support after discharge, relapse is far more likely.
A personal plan, and clear answers about duration, cost and process.
