Questions families ask us
Can't find your answer here? Call us. We're happy to explain.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on the substance and how severe the addiction is. Most residential programmes last 30–90 days. Dual-diagnosis or complex cases may need longer. We recommend a duration after the initial assessment.
Do you treat both alcohol and drug addiction?
Yes. We treat alcohol dependence, drug addiction (including opioids, ganja and smack), prescription-drug misuse, tobacco and other substances under one roof.
How is the family involved?
Family therapy is a core part of our programme. Addiction affects the whole household, so we educate and involve family members through counselling sessions and support groups.
What happens after discharge?
Aftercare continues when the person returns home: follow-up check-ins, support groups, relapse-prevention planning and family counselling.
Is everything kept confidential?
Yes. Your calls, records and stay at the centre are kept strictly private.
How do I start?
Call or WhatsApp us, or fill in the form on our contact page. We will explain the programme, cost and admission process.
What happens on the day of admission?
A medical and psychological assessment is done first. Based on it, our team prepares a treatment plan and explains it to the family before detox begins.
Can family visit during treatment?
Yes. Family counselling and visits are allowed at set times. Our team will share the visiting schedule at admission.
Do you offer outpatient (OPD) treatment?
Yes. For people who cannot stay at the centre, and for follow-up after discharge, we offer outpatient counselling and treatment.
Where is your centre?
Our residential centre is at Plot No. 8, beside Ambedkar College, New Kailash Nagar, Manewada, Nagpur 440027.
I have tried other de-addiction centres before. Can you still help?
Yes. Many families come to us after trying other centres. Our combination of medical care, counselling and daily spiritual practice works on the mind, which is often what was missing.
How much does treatment cost?
Cost depends on the length of stay and the care needed. Call us and we'll explain the programme and fees clearly.
What if the person refuses to come for treatment?
This is very common. Call us. Our counsellors can guide the family on how to talk to their loved one and the next steps to take.
